STROYGAZMONTAZH to build a residential district in Svobodny, Amur Region
STROYGAZMONTAZH became the General Contractor for the construction of a residential district for employees of the Amur Gas Processing Plant, the investor and developer is Zhiloy Microrayon. The facility is located in the northern part of the city Svobodny on the site of a former military town.
The total building area will be 361 thousand square meters, of which more than 167 thousand square meters is housing. The district designed for 5 thousand inhabitants will be completely autonomous, with its own utility infrastructure, social facilities of which will be accessible to all residents of Svobodny.
The project will include 42 apartment buildings and 36 townhouses, a kindergarten for 350 children with a swimming pool, a secondary school for 900 students, an out-patient hospital with a pharmacy, a culture and leisure center, a multi-purpose sports and training complex, a consumer services center, an administrative office center, shops, car parks and a fire station.
At the moment, builders have begun the vertical planning of the area of 92.5 hectares. In the near future they will have to carry out large-scale earthworks; 109 people and 62 units of equipment will take part at its initial stage. Mobilization of staff and equipment is under way.
Preparation of the territory for construction will take place in stages. As early as in November of this year the main construction work will begin: the construction of foundations and the construction of priority facilities – nine apartment buildings, a distribution point, a communications center and engineering structures.
Commissioning of the first structures is planned for 2020. Completion of construction of the entire district is scheduled for 2024.
